Description:

This training is aimed at the heads of animal production companies or managers in charge of staff, to develop their style from purely administrative or managerial and strengthen their skills as leaders. The course explores the participants’ behaviour, attitudes and decisions, and uses individual and group exercises to highlight ways of reinforcing leadership and improving self-confidence, commitment and effectiveness in the work force.
